Identifies chest pain patients with low risk of major adverse cardiac event.

This score only applies to patients:

≥18 years old with normal vital signs
Chest pain consistent with ACS
No ongoing chest pain or crescendo angina

Known coronary artery disease or ≥3 risk factors

Family history of coronary artery disease, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, or current smoker.
The risk factors only apply to patients 18-50.
