Can I have your pocket cards printed in a language other than English?

We are able to provide bulk orders in another language and modified for other countries’ pharmacopoeia.  Please call to make arrangements.

What kinds of products do you offer?

Guideline Central offer a variety of products – printed pocket cards, web apps, mobile apps, wall clings, posters, and more. We are also able to design custom products that best serve your individual needs. Call us if you cannot find what you are looking for, we may be able to offer an alternative or create a custom product.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 4 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on location and shipping method chosen.

Can I order by phone?

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied only to customers living in Florida.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Upon checkout you will be able to enter a promotional code or voucher.

Can I pay via purchase order?

Certain bulk orders may qualify for purchase order payments. Call us for more information.

What credit cards are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted.


I haven’t received my order yet, what is going on?

Call us at any time and we will help track down the status of your shipment. We are here to help. Note – international delivery times may vary greatly.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We generally fill orders 1-2 times per week. If you need your order fulfilled sooner, give us a call (407) 878-7607 9-5 ET M-F. We will try to accommodate your request.

Do you offer overnight or rushed shipping?

If you need an order rushed and/or shipped overnight give us a call and we can assist you. Extra fees may apply in certain circumstances.

We do. Add your desired items to your cart and you will receive a shipping total before you place your order.

What shipping service do you use?

The majority of our orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. However we may also utilize Fedex or UPS under special circumstances.

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped.

What is your return policy?

If at any time (within the first 15 days after you receive your product) you are unsatisfied with your purchase, call us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We believe customer satisfaction is of paramount importance, so we welcome feedback and will do everything in our power to retain you as a customer/client.

Can I print out a physical copy of my digital guideline?

Unfortunately not. You will need to purchase a print copy.

What if I can’t find a pocket card for the guidelines I’m interested in?

Because of the large number of clinical practice guidelines in publication, we are not able to carry each and every title in quick reference format. If there is a specific title you are interested in, give us a call and we will do our best to see that title introduced for sale.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

If at any time (within the first 15 days after you receive your product) you are unsatisfied with your purchase, call us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If there was an error on our part, you will be issued a full refund. We believe customer satisfaction is of paramount importance, so we welcome feedback and will do everything in our power to retain you as a customer/client.

Can I purchase your products as a gift?

Gift wrapped?  With a bouquet of flowers?  Maybe a singing telegram? (Our CEO composes and sings Country & Western songs). Pricing on request. A joke of course…FAQ’s can be so boring sometimes! Of course you can purchase as a gift!

Can I purchase complete sets of your guidelines (ie. Complete IDSA collection)?

Yes – Search for “bundle” or you can each title to the cart individually. We also put together special sets for group/bulk purchases – Call or email us to find out more.

Do you offer any group or institution discounts?

We do. Guideline Central is proud to offer special discounts to medical schools, training programs, students and more. Call us for more information or to see if you qualify.

How often are new products added?

New products are constantly being introduced. We average 4 new pocket card titles every month. However that number fluctuates. Check back often, or subscribe to Guideline Alerts to be notified when a new title is available. You can also call us to find out which titles are currently slated for upcoming development.

Do you offer samples or product catalogs?

We do offer samples of digital guidelines apps, but the nature of our printed pocket cards prevents us from offering these as samples except under special circumstances. We also offer other titles that are not featured on our website. Call us for more information about samples or other guidelines titles.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We offer bulk purchase discounts based on number of copies and number of titles. Call us for more details.

Who are guidelines pocket cards designed for?

The pocket cards, pocket guides, and mobile apps were designed specifically with healthcare providers in mind. Let us know if you have any suggestions for improving our guidelines products.

How can I get my guidelines links included on your site?

Email us. We are always looking for great new guidelines to feature. If you think you know of a great addition, get in touch with us. We might even shout you out in our blog!

How can I find out about new guidelines summaries that are posted in the guidelines library?

Simple, sign up for our GUIDELINE Alerts. We will notify you when new practice guidelines are available.

What happens if I can’t find the guidelines I am looking for?

Call us! We don’t put all of our titles on our site, if you can’t find what you’re looking for just give us a call. More often than not we can help you find it.

How do I search for the guidelines I am interested in?

How do I create an account?

Click the account/cart icon at the top of every page and select “log in”. From there you will have the option to register a new account.

Mobile App

Can I purchase individual GUIDELINES Pocket Cards from iTunes or Google Play?

Yes! Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play, download the free Guideline Central app for smartphones and tablets, create and account, then purchase your desired premium society Guidelines Pocket Cards using the in-app purchase feature.

Can custom bundles be created for bulk distribution?

How do I get a refund on a purchase I made from the Guideline Central website?

How do I get refunds for in-app purchases?

Unfortunately Guideline Central cannot offer refunds for in-app purchases made through iTunes or Google Play. Give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you out.

How do I update the content in my library?

The mobile app checks for updates upon logging in and also upon launching. It is recommended that you re-launch the app from time to time over an internet connection ensure the content is always the most recent version.

Can I access my account and purchases on more than one device?

Absolutely! Licenses can be accessed on different devices using the Guideline Central account credentials. Just login with your account and enjoy access to your library on any device..

Is an Internet connection (WiFi or cellular data connection) required to access Guidelines on the app?

An Internet connection is only required for content you have not added to the “My Library” section. All purchases are automatically available offline, as well as anything added to your library.

How do I transfer licenses to another device?

Licenses can be accessed on different devices using the Guideline Central account credentials.

How do I un-install/delete the app?

Press and hold the “Guidelines” icon until it starts to wobble and then tap on the “x” to delete the app.

What versions of iOS and Android are supported?

The Guideline Central app requires iOS 7 and up or Android 4.1 and up.

How do I install the Mobile app?

Make sure you have a strong cellular or Wi-Fi connection:

  1. In the App Store or on Google Play, search for “Guideline Central”
  2. Tap on “Free”
  3. Tap on “Install”
  4. Once the app is installed, tap on “Open”
  5. Create an account to enable advanced features of the app

Can I view the titles purchased within the Mobile App on the Web?

Absolutely – simply log in to our website using your account credentials. Click on the “Library” tab and you will see a link for “My Library”. Here is where you will find all content purchased and saved within the mobile app.

I already subscribed to Digital Guidelines on the website. Are these available on the mobile devices?

Download the free Guideline Central app from the App Store or Google Play and log in using the same account credentials you created on the website. All subscriptions purchased on the website will appear in the “My Library” tab in the Mobile App.
