The American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) has announced that their latest guideline, "AGA Clinical Practice Guideline on Management of Gastroparesis," is now open for public comment. This guideline is intended to assist healthcare practitioners in accurately diagnosing and effectively treating gastroparesis, with 12 recommendations aimed at guiding therapy decisions in a patient-centered manner.
The guideline incorporates the latest evidence to ensure the most current recommendations are provided. The finalized version of the guideline is scheduled for publication in the fall of 2025.
