The Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) has announced that the 2025 Guideline on the Management and Treatment of Complicated Urinary Tract Infections (cUTI) is now open for public comment.
This update provides clinical practice guidelines for patients with cUTI, with and without sepsis. It has been revised to include new evidence, offering healthcare professionals and individuals impacted by cUTI the most up-to-date and thorough guidance possible.
As part of the development process, IDSA welcomes reviews and feedback from a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and others impacted by cUTI. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their comments here by March 19, 2025 at 5:00 pm to ensure that all perspectives are considered in the final guideline.
