  • Description: Attendees will analyze the pathophysiological role of metabolic abnormalities and their implications for cardiovascular kidney metabolic (CKM) syndrome management, design comprehensive care plans for CKM syndrome patients by integrating current literature and evidence-based therapies, and develop case-based strategies to optimize the use of SGLT2 inhibitors, GLP-1 receptor agonists, finerenone, and RAAS inhibitors in clinical practice for CKM syndrome patients.

  • Description: In this session, speakers will describe nephrotoxic potential and burden. Attendees will be presented a scenario and will assess strategies to prevent hospital-acquired acute kidney injury. Then attendees will be presented a case and recommended the objectives and outcomes of nephrotoxin stewardship programs.
