The 2025 annual conference of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI) is set for November 6 through November 10 in Orlando, Florida. Attendees from around the world come together every year for the ACAAI Annual Scientific Meeting, celebrating the achievements of their peers while focusing on the latest clinical research and learning through informative presentations.

Registration for the five-day ACAAI annual conference is now open. Attendees who register will have access to all general sessions, the online assessment program review, oral and ePoster abstract sessions, ask the expert sessions, clinical conundrums sessions, interdisciplinary panel sessions, procon debates, the practice management program, and more.

Today, we have a rundown of the sessions currently scheduled to focus on immunotherapy and immunotherapy-related topics. The times and dates are current as of October 7, 2025. For the most up-to-date schedule, visit the ACAAI 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting website.

Sessions Focusing on or Related to Immunotherapy

7 for 11:  Hot Therapeutic Targets in Allergy and Immunology

  • November 8, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Description: Attendees will learn about seven immune targets under investigation for the treatment of atopic disease, and consider how costimulatory molecules, cytokines and their receptors, signal transduction pathways, and biosensors could further revolutionize the way we practice.

Navigating Current Treatments for Food Allergy

  • November 8, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Description: This session will address the following questions: Which patients can benefit most from omalizumab compared to other treatments? What are the dosing considerations and how do they change as a patient’s weight increases? Should patients on Omalizumab undergo a food challenge to “prove” efficacy of the treatment as compared to other therapies? Should new biologics be used as an adjunct for patients with other types of food adverse reactions and related conditions?

Allergen Immunotherapy: Safety Considerations from the 2025 JTF Immunotherapy Practice Parameter

  • November 9, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Description: Allergen immunotherapy is a cornerstone of allergy practice. The updated practice parameter is almost complete and this session will highlight clinically relevant safety considerations associated with allergen immunotherapy.

Immunotherapy in the Era of Biologics

  • November 10, 9:45 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Description: There is a lack of scientific consensus on the concomitant use of allergen immunotherapy plus biologics for atopic disease. This session will address the benefits, risks, advantages, and shortcomings of simultaneously prescribing these two treatment options as relevant to outcomes in asthma and food allergy.
