The update reflects advances since 2017, when the previous version was published, and provides evidence-based recommendations on new technologies, remote-monitoring, tricuspid valve interventions, and more.

The 279-page consensus statement is open for public comment through October 12. A public comment form is available and can be downloaded directly from the HRS website.
