Abstract

Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) is a critical intervention for carotid artery stenosis, a leading cause of stroke. This study compares two CEA techniques primary closure and patch angioplasty, evaluating their impact on short- and long-term outcomes, particularly recurrent stenosis and stroke incidence.
