Abstract

Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDPs) are associated with an increased risk of long-term maternal cardiovascular disease. Lactation is associated with favorable cardiometabolic profiles, but its impact on blood pressure (BP) recovery following an HDP is less clear.
