The International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) just opened two guidance manuscript drafts to public comment. Management of Thrombotic Risk Associated with Endocrine and Other Systemic Therapy in Patients with Breast Cancer and The Diagnosis and Evaluation of Women and Girls with Hemophilia and Hemophilia Carriers are both open to comment through February 19.
