The Endocrine Society just opened a clinical practice guideline draft, Pharmacological Management of Obesity, to public comment. The draft contains eleven recommendations on topics including GLP-1 medications, diabetes, weight recurrence, and more. Each recommendation is accompanied by an evidence-to-decision framework. This guideline is co-sponsored by the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA).
