The International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) recently opened a draft guidance manuscript, Long Term Management and Secondary Prevention in Patients with Antiphospholipid Syndrome-Associated Acute Ischaemic Stroke, Transient Ischaemic Attack, or Other Brain Ischaemic Injury, to public comment. A panel of ten content experts were involved in the development of the guidance manuscript.

The ISTH encourages scientists, physicians, and allied health professionals to provide feedback to the draft guidance manuscript. The comment period closes July 2, 2026.
