PTSD, stress, and anxiety are debilitating mental health challenges that many people live with. What is particularly challenging about the three is that they are often interwoven. One of the key symptoms of PTSD is ongoing anxiety. Stress can lead to long-term anxiety and may increase the risk of developing PTSD, especially when the stress is particularly intense or life-threatening.
The occurrence of PTSD, stress, and anxiety can quickly lead to other health issues developing. The rapid diagnosis and treatment of the three mental health issues is key to keeping patients healthy.
