  • The most common clinical manifestations are:
    • systemic: fever, weight loss
    • neurologic: mononeuritis multiplex, peripheral neuropathy
    • cutaneous: nodules, livedo reticularis
    • renal: hypertension
    • gastrointestinal: abdominal pain
  • Diagnosis is generally confirmed by tissue biopsy of an affected organ, or angiography if tissue biopsy cannot be obtained.
