  • Manual therapy (as performed by osteopaths and physical therapists)
  • Massage
  • FDA-approved laser treatment
  • Acupuncture
  • Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation [TENS] (pain)
  • Percutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation
  • Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy
  • Extracorporeal shockwave therapy

Treatments not recommended:
  • Lateral wedge insoles
