  • Garzulys (insulin aspart-fsan) Biosimilar to NovoLog
    • To improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients with diabetes mellitus.
  • Gwyn Lo (norelgestromin and ethinyl estradiol transdermal system)
    • For the prevention of pregnancy in women with a body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m2 for whom a combined hormonal contraceptive is appropriate.
  • Simtriyo (centanafadine) 
    • For the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults and pediatric patients aged 6 years and older weighing at least 20kg.
  • Lytenava (bevacizumab-vikg) 
    • For the treatment of patients with neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).

    • For the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who received a prior ROS1 kinase inhibitor.
  • Ryaltris olopatadine hydrochloride and mometasone furoate monohydrate nasal spray) Expanded Indication
    • For the treatment of symptoms of Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (SAR) in pediatric patients aged 6 to less than 12 years.
  • Lipfendra (enlicitide)
    • As an adjunct to diet and exercise to reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with hypercholesterolemia, including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH).
  • Revtorpyk (gedatolisib) 
    • In combination with fulvestrant, with or without palbociclib, for adults with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer without a PIK3CA mutation detected following progression on or after treatment with at least one line of endocrine therapy in the metastatic setting.

    • For the treatment of adult patients with Alzheimer's disease.

    • As neoadjuvant treatment (before surgery) followed by adjuvant treatment after cystectomy (surgery to remove the bladder) for adults with muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC).
  • Keytruda (pembrolizumab with enfortumab vedotin-ejfv) Expanded Indication
    • As neoadjuvant treatment (before surgery) followed by adjuvant treatment after cystectomy (surgery to remove the bladder) for adults with muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC).
  • Sarclisa Escena (isatuximab-irfc) New Formulation
    • Multiple indications for multiple myeloma: in combination with pomalidomide and dexamethasone, for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior line of therapy including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor; in combination with carfilzomib and dexamethasone, for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received one to three prior lines of therapy; in combination with bortezomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone, for the treatment of adult patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are not eligible for an autologous stem cell transplant.
  • Trutakna (atacicept-vymj) 
    • To reduce proteinuria in adults with primary immunoglobulin A nephropathy at risk for disease progression.
  • Wilate (von willebrand factor/coagulation factor VIII complex [human]) Expanded Indication 
    • For routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes in pediatric patients with von Willebrand Disease (VWD) who are younger than 6 years of age.
